When should I book?
Although you may book your Kefalonia transfer(s) or tour online or by email up to 24 hours before your travel date, we recommend that you book as early as possible. Please call us if you need a transfer within 24 hours – we will usually be able to take your booking.
When I make a reservation in airporttransferskefalonia.com what happens?
You will receive by email a confirmation and a Voucher which you have to print it and have it with you upon pick up.It is your responsibility to check the details of your booking on the voucher prior to traveling and inform us as soon as possible if there are any errors.
Will I be dropped off at my hotel or private villa in Kefalonia?
Yes, all our services are door-to-door – the driver will take you directly to the address you give when you make your booking. On some occasions this may not be possible due to local restrictions such as pedestrian areas, road closures etc. Where these restrictions apply taxi drivers will drop and collect you from the nearest accessible point.
Will anyone else be traveling in the vehicle I book?
No, we only offer private transfers in Kefalonia, so the price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for your group. We do not offer a shared shuttle service at this time.
What luggage entitlement will I have?
Your luggage entitlement is defined by the size of vehicle you book. If you are in any doubt if your luggage will fit in the vehicle, please upgrade to a larger one to ensure you have a comfortable journey. Normally the allowance per person for all vehicle types is one standard size suitcase and one small piece of hand luggage. If you are travelling with excess luggage such as large suitcases, wheelchairs, pushchairs etc it is important to inform us to make the proper arrangements. Failure to do so may result in extra transport being required to accommodate excess baggage and additional charges may be applicable locally.
There will be children in my group. Can you supply child seats?
For most vehicles, yes we can. Please specify how many child and/or baby seats you require in Step 1 of the online booking process. Child / baby seats will be provided if booked whenever possible, however there may be rare instances when such seats are unable to be provided due to unforeseen last minute vehicle substitution
Which cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, credit cards, and most affiliated payment (debit) cards. All card payments are secured by 256 bit SSL encryption.
Is it safe to book online?
Yes. All booking pages that require you to enter personal information are secured using 256 bit SSL encryption
My confirmation email and/or booking voucher haven’t arrived by email. What should I do?
In rare instances, and due technical issues maybe you will not receive our confirmation email and voucher. If you feel that you should have received a communication from us, but have not, please contact us.
Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
In the case of airport transfers in most cases, your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate with a sign showing your name
What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
You will have driver’s phone number and our customer services phone number so If you have any trouble locating your driver, just call
My flight has changed. Can I reschedule my transfer?
In most cases we will be able to reschedule your transfer without a problem. Please contact us the moment you know about your change in schedule to allow us sufficient time to reorganise your transfer. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer, we will refund you in accordance with our terms and conditions.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Please call us on if you become aware of any delay to your flight which may affect your transfer.
My flight for Kefalonia Airport has been cancelled and I no longer require a transfer. Can I cancel it?
Yes, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Yes. Please inform us as soon as possible to confirm availability of a more suitable vehicle. There may be an additional charge to pay if you require a larger vehicle.
Can I cancel my transfer or tour booking?
Yes. Cancellation will only be accepted by email from the leader passenger.You may cancel your booking at any time via e-mail sent to email@example.com. The following cancellation policy applies. Within 3 days of the departure date 100% cancellation fees. -No money will be refunded. 8-3 days prior to the departure date 25% of the cost of the booking will be charged. Cancellation more of 8 days before departure, no fees, full refund will apply. The date and time of email receipt will determine any charges that are applicable to your booking

I left an item of luggage on the vehicle. How do I get it back?
We will do everything we can to repatriate your lost luggage to you, either to your place of residence, or to your home address. Please note that any fees incurred will have to be paid before the luggage is sent back to you by courier.
